Terms and conditions
By enrolling with Ruth Shine School of Dance, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. These cover registration, fees, attendance, missed classes, collection, photography, medical information and participation in classes and performances.

Full-term enrolment
Classes are booked for the full term. Term fees can be paid in full in advance or by monthly Direct Debit. If a student joins after the start of a term, the term fee will be calculated based on the number of weeks remaining in that term. Direct debits should not be cancelled until the full term fee is paid.
Attendance
Regular attendance is important, particularly for students preparing for examinations and performances.
Missed classes
Students may attend one make-up class per term, subject to availability and a suitable class being available.
Collection
Students must be collected promptly at the end of their class. This a child-protection requirement, if you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Photography & video
Photography and video consent is requested during registration. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn by contacting the school.
Medical information
Please tell us about any relevant medical conditions, injuries or additional needs so we can provide a safe and supportive environment.
Examinations & performances
Examinations and performances are optional. Students preparing for examinations must meet the relevant attendance requirements.
